Regulations of the Medicinal Products Act (KCanG / MedCanG)
With the entry into force of the Cannabis Act (CanG) on March 27, 2024 and the resulting amendments to the Narcotics Act, the regulatory framework for the handling of medicinal products containing cannabis and for consumer cannabis has changed considerably.
