Verarbeitungshinweise Dronabinol
DRONABINOL ADREX SUBSTANZ
DRONABINOL ist ein hellgelbe bis hellbraune harzige Substanz. Bei Raumtemperatur ist DRONABINOL stabil. DRONABINOL schmilzt bei 70°C.
Zur Verbesserung der Bioverfügbarkeit kann es als ölige Tropfen mit einer Konzentration von 25 mg/ml nach NRF 22.8 formuliert werden. Es ist auch zu Kapseln mit 2,5 mg, 5 mg und 10 mg DRONABINOL in Anlehnung an das NRF 22.7 verarbeitbar.
